Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 days prior to arrival, we will provide a full refund minus the administration fee.
8 days prior to your arrival we will provide a 50% refund minus the administration fee.
Unfortunately, we can not provide a refund within 7 days of your booking.
Any payments will be forfeited for early departures and non arrivals.
Change of Dates - Your request will be considered and where possible we will aim to reaccomodate you
Administration fee - $25.

Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 10am.
We are flexible with check-in and check-out times, if this is organised at the time of booking.

We have a 2 night minimum stay.
However, it is important to note that during our peak season, the minimum night stay varies:
3 night minimum stay from December 15th - 21st.
7 night minimum stay from the December 22nd - January 14th.
5 night minimum stay from January 15th - 31st.

No, unfortunately we are not pet-friendly. As much as we adore fury friends, the bungalows do not have an enclosed fenced area. We also have lots of wildlife pass through the property and we would prefer to not disturb them.

We use eco-friendly toiletries and cleaning products.
We are powered by solar.
Each bungalow has it’s own rainwater tank.
We even have our own mini sewage system.
