Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days prior to arrival, we will provide a full refund minus the administration fee.

8 days prior to your arrival we will provide a 50% refund minus the administration fee.

Unfortunately, we can not provide a refund within 7 days of your booking.

Any payments will be forfeited for early departures and non arrivals.

Change of Dates - Your request will be considered and where possible we will aim to reaccomodate you

    Sharon’s place was a great location for us. Communication was excellent. A lovely cosy spot for two people. The place was clean and had everything we wanted for cooking and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the provision of towels, shampoo etc. Although Sharon warned that wifi can be a problem in Bawley, it worked excellently while we were there. Sharon is a terrific host - nothing was a problem.

    The accommodation is exactly how it is described! We had a dive course on in Bawley and the location could not of been better! The bungalows are clean, are cute for some quiet time! The coffee machine was a very nice touch :)

  • Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 10am.

    We are flexible with check-in and check-out times, if this is organised at the time of booking.

  • We have a 2 night minimum stay.

    However, it is important to note that during our peak season, the minimum night stay varies:

    • 3 night minimum stay from December 15th - 21st.

    • 7 night minimum stay from the December 22nd - January 14th.

    • 5 night minimum stay from January 15th - 31st.

  • Taxis are available in Bawley Point.

  • No, unfortunately we are not pet-friendly. As much as we adore fury friends, the bungalows do not have an enclosed fenced area. We also have lots of wildlife pass through the property and we would prefer to not disturb them.
